M.W.Brother Paul Edward Todd joined St. John’s Lodge No. 63 Carleton Place 1983, Master 1994-1995, Ottawa 1, District Chairman Education and Blood donors, DDGM 1999-2000, Master of Luxor Daylight Lodge Ottawa District 2. He was appointed to Board of General Purposes 2001, 2003, 2005; elected 2007, 2009.
M.W.Brother Todd is the Grand Representative of North Dakota near our Grand Lodge. He has served on Grand Lodge Committees; Education, Team Leader Newsletter, 150th Anniversary, Management, Lodge of Instruction and International Plowing Match, (Navan, Crosby).
He Chaired Grand Lodge Long Range Planning (four years), Condition of Masonry (twice), International Plowing Match (Carleton Place), four Amalgamations (Ottawa, Cornwall, Kingston, Bath), two Lodge Closings (Corinthian & Atomic Daylight), Especial Grand Lodge Communication Ottawa.
He was a Director of the Masonic Foundation for six years chairing the Web Site and District Projects committee. He was a founding Director of the Masonic Chip Foundation.
M.W.Bro. Todd belongs to the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite in Ottawa, Past Thrice Puissant Grand Master of Lodge of Perfection, member of Murray Chapter of the Rose Croix and the Ottawa Consistory, also a member of four Degree Teams. He was coroneted a 33 degree honorary Inspector General in Vancouver in 2008.
He is a Shriner, member of the Tunis Temple Ottawa and Land O’ Lakes Shrine Club, a member of the Oriental Band where he is the Hajji, appointed to the Divan as Marshall in 2012.
M.W.Bro. Todd was elected Deputy Grand Master in 2015.
M.W.Bro. Todd is a Royal Arch Mason, and is a member of Ottawa Chapter 222 in Ottawa District 13 of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Canada in the Province of Ontario. He was exalted in 2017.
M.W.Bro. Todd was elected Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of AF&AM of Canada in the Province of Ontario in 2017.
