I hope everyone enjoyed their summer break, it was a beautiful summer and I know I enjoyed it very much. A huge thank you to our Junior Warden Andrew Valley and everyone who helped him with our summer events, they were very successfully and everyone had a good time. Hopefully we can take the golf day we had this year and make it an annual event.

Freemasonry has an extremely long and beautiful history with so much to offer each and every one. Never stop learning and never stop advancing on your masonic journey. Have a question, just ask. There is so much knowledge not only in the membership of our lodge but in the district as well and beyond. I've yet to find a brother who wouldn't answer a question or strike up a conversation about Freemasonry. Education is key, and with that this year I would like to take 5 minutes at the end of each meeting and have a member give a little educational speech. The topic is their choosing and I would like to have someone different each meeting whether it be a new member or an older member.

Let's try and start the year off with a bang. We will be balloting on 4 people for initiation which is fantastic as our lodge continues to grow in membership. We will also be giving 2 of our newer members who are really engaged and enthusiastic about Freemasonry their 2nd degrees. Come out and show your support and help make their night truly great.
